PICK UP
Pick up and try on is available from Niddrie, Melbourne, Victoria 3042, we just ask that you make an appointment time with us. You can email us at sales@backtotheslopes.com.au to arrange a time.
RETURN
We ask that you please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges on any preowned items. We are happy to exchange new items that have not been worn and have their original tags intact within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
We do not pay for shipping on exchanges. You will be asked to pay any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made via cash, credit card or bank transfer. If you are paying via bank transfer you will be asked to show a transfer receipt for your purchase.
