Very prompt in responding to enquires with a lot of information. I was able to make an appointment fast. When I arrived, Renae remember which snow boots we had discussed for my son and helped try them on his feet. Renae helped him walk around to make sure they fit and were age appropriate. She also gave me advice on how to put the snow suit of the boots which I wouldn’t have known otherwise. I was able to tap to pay using Apple Wallet on my phone which was very convenient and the receipt was sent to me via SMS. I would definitely shop here again.
